GIF files.
* images/god*.png: New png files in godmode icons.
* include/sytles/god.css, op.css: Changed to new .png icons.
* help/*, general/error*.php: Changed old .gif logo to new .png logo.
* godmode/reporting/map_builder.php: Changed cancel.gif to cross.png.
