* lib/PandoraFMS/Tools.pm: Added a parameter of unsafe_chars, '<>&',
to encode_entities(). It is support for multibyte characters.
If it is not defined, records with multibyte characters on database
are destroyed by 'pandora_recode_db.pl'. :(
