* lib/PandoraFMS/ReconServer.pm: Temporarily disabled TCP scans, the
          Recon Server was too slow. Fixed a bug that reset recon tasks
          when scanning large networks.

        * lib/PandoraFMS/DataServer.pm: Small fix.
