	to be fixed at the top.

	* general/main_menu.php: Now the menu can be configured
	to be fixed at the left.

	* godmode/setup/setup_visuals.php,
	  include/functions_config.php: Added new options to
	enable the fixed header and menu.

	* include/styles/menu.css,
	  include/styles/pandora.css: Changes on the menu styles.
