   $ find test -type f -print0 | \
       xargs -0 sed \
         -i 's/^\(\s*\)negative:\s*SyntaxError\s*$/\1negative:\n\1  phase: early\n\1  type: SyntaxError/g'

Mike Pennisi 4f5a8674c2 Add tests for `debugger` statement 
The runtime semantics of this statement are host-defined and therefore
untestable, but the statement's affect on the formal grammar should be
consistent across all implementations.
