EMH-Mark-I 5670fde8ce Chicago95 patch fixes 
This patch addresses the following issues with some exceptions. #289 #284 #280
Updated the README.md to include the xfce4-panel-profiles as a required package.
Made a correction in the INSTALL.md doc for copying the Helvetica font.
Updated the Whisker menu panel plugin button to use the Helvetica font if it's installed.
Cosmetic updates to the XFCE panel systray, terminal, and GTK filechooser.

Updated documentation to include steps on installing Helvetica font to address MS Sans Serif issues. #194 #201 #218
Addressed #160 for Ubuntu MATE OSD volume trough visibility issues.
Addressed #223 by reducing width of the window XFWM window manager theme by 1px less. (Note: the xfwm_hidpi theme needs serious work.)
Updated screenshots and README.md.

After some tinkering for few hours, I found solution to problem issued in #210, #140 and #192

With those changes, the font displays as it should
