Commit f72df138 got rid of the use of PcdCacheEnabled, but failed to
actually drop it as a dependency for BeagleBoardLib.
Get rid of it, so the module will still build when the Pcd is _really_
removed.

The base address for the interrupt controller is hard-coded in
Omap3530Interrupt.h, although Omap35xxPkg/InterruptDxe appears to
have initially intended to make use of PcdInterruptBaseAddress from
EmbeddedPkg. Move it to use said Pcd, and also declare use of it in
BeagleBoardLib, which makes a direct access.

Problems have been encountered because some of the source files have
execute permission set. This can cause git to report them as changed
when they are checked out onto a file system with inherited permissions.
This has been seen using Cygwin, MinGW and PowerShell Git.
This patch makes no change to source file content, and only aims to
correct the file modes/permissions.

This function allows platform to do any specific actions prior to
the start the PEI phase.
For instance, this function could be used by some platforms to initialize clocks that
are required at the early stage of the PEI phase.

Checking if a core if the primary/boot core used to be done with the macro
IS_PRIMARY_CORE().
Some platforms exposes configuration registers to change the primary core.
Replacing the macro IS_PRIMARY_CORE() by ArmPlatformIsPrimaryCore() allows
some flexibility in the way to check the primary core.

The function only used in Secure Firmware used to be mixed with
the Non-Secure/Normal functions in ArmPlatformLib.
When the Secure Firmware was not required for some platforms (eg:
BeagleBoard), these functions were empty functions.
This new interface has been created to clean the ArmPlatformLib
interface between the SEC and PEI phases.

The denomination 'Normal' was used to make reference to the 'Normal'
or 'Non Secure' or 'Non Trusted' world.
To avoid confusion, this prefix has been removed from PCDs to define
the normal world.
The PCDs explicitely related to the Secure/Trusted World continue to
have the 'Sec' prefix.
