Commit f9669f09fb ("ArmPlatformPkg: retire obsolete PCDs") got rid of
the unfortunate ARM-specific variant of PcdFirmwareVendor.
However, BeagleBoard was still using it, so the change broke the build.
Fix this by moving BeagleBoard to use the MdeModulePkg one instead.

The common MemoryInitPeiLib implementation preserves the primary FV
holding the PrePi module and the compressed secondary FV, and removes
the memory it occupies from the memory map, hiding it from the OS.
The only platform that actual requires this is BeagleBoardPkg, since
it exposes the PeCoff and LZMA libraries in PrePi to DXE core via
special HOBs. So let's give BeagleBoard its own MemoryInitPeiLib, so
that we can clean up the generic version.

Clone the PrePi implementation for BeagleBoardPkg, so we can start
removing some of the awkward optimizations that we'd rather not keep
in reference code. Note that we only clone the unicore ARM flavor,
which is all we need for BeagleBoard.
In the case of PrePi, it involves libraries included by the SEC
startup code that are exposed to DXE core via HOBs containing function
pointers, which forces us to keep the primary FV reserved in memory.

The BeagleBoard platform uses PeCoffLib and CustomDecompressLib
implementations that invoke the library code that resides in the PrePi
module via pointers exposed via special GUIDed HOBs. This is a nice hack,
but not necessarily something we want to carry in reference code.
So as a first step, move the libraries that expose this reused code into
BeagleBoardPkg, and remove it from EmbeddedPkg.

The function ArmPlatformInitializeSystemMemory() is defined by
ArmPlatformLib, but is only ever called when using the PrePeiCore
flavor of the startup code. Also, none of the remaining upstream
platforms actually implement anything in that function in the first
place. So let's just remove it altogether.

The BeagleBoard port used EmbeddedPkg/ResetRuntimeDxe/ResetRuntimeDxe.inf
for its reset handling. With the arrival
MdeModulePkg/Universal/ResetSystemRuntimeDxe/ResetSystemRuntimeDxe.inf
As part of this, change BeagleBoardPkg/Library/ResetSystemLib to be an
implementation of ResetSystemLib instead of the previous
EfiResetSystemLib.
Wire all reset variants to ResetCold, except for ResetShutdown and
EnterS3WithImmediateWake, which return immediately.
Note: this ResetSystemLib never supported being called after
ExitBootservices, and this shortcoming is not addressed here.

The debug implementation of the UncachedMemoryAllocationLib library
class relies on the creation of an uncached alias of a memory range,
while keeping the original cached mapping, but with read-only attributes
to trap inadvertent write accesses.
This is not a terribly good idea, given that the ARM architecture does
not allow mismatched attributes, and so creating them deliberately is
not something we should encourage by doing it in reference code.
So remove the library, and replace all references to it with a reference
to the non-debug version (unless the platform does not require a resolution
for it in the first place, in which case all UncachedMemoryAllocationLib
references can be removed altogether).

The base address for the interrupt controller is hard-coded in
Omap3530Interrupt.h, although Omap35xxPkg/InterruptDxe appears to
have initially intended to make use of PcdInterruptBaseAddress from
EmbeddedPkg. Move it to use said Pcd, and also declare use of it in
BeagleBoardLib, which makes a direct access.

LzmaCustomDecompressLib and PeiDxeDebugLibReportStatusCode were copied
from IntelFrameworkModulePkg to MdeModulePkg, but the originals were
kept for compatibility.

The LinuxLoader should no longer be used now that both the ARM and arm64
kernels as well as GRUB have full support for acting as an OS loader in

Commit 0bade1054d ("BeagleBoardPkg: Replaced the original DSC/FDF files
by their new versions that use the ARM Platform Framework"), which dates
back to 2011, modified BeagleBoardPkg to replace references to its Sec.inf,
Bds.inf and some of its library implementations to refer to versions under
ArmPlatformPkg instead. Since the original modules have been unused ever
since, we can safely remove them now.

Problems have been encountered because some of the source files have
execute permission set. This can cause git to report them as changed
when they are checked out onto a file system with inherited permissions.
This has been seen using Cygwin, MinGW and PowerShell Git.
This patch makes no change to source file content, and only aims to
correct the file modes/permissions.

Now that we can build the Beagleboard NOR image without the custom
build scripts, let's remove them since they are outdated and out of
sync with each other.
Remove readme.txt as well: it is also outdated, and mostly covers
QEMU and how to build Linaro SD images, which may not be relevant to
most users.

Since the configuration header never changes unless the board parameters
in ConfigurationHeader.dat are updated, we can take a snapshot of the
binary and add it to the FDF definition. This way, it will get emitted
by the EDK2 build system instead of having to use a separate
post-processing tool to add it to the flash image.

By default, a MemoryMap() EFI Device Path is created
for the Firmware Volumes.
It means it is difficult to build a Non-Volatile permanent
Device Path for the Firmware Volume as the location in
System Memory may change.
