When we create a HTTP driver service binding private
instance, there may be different DriverBindingHandle
for Ipv4 or Ipv6, so it is essential to distinguish
the HttpService image which will be used in open
protocol or close protocol.

Code changes enables HttpDxe to handle PUT/POST operations.
EfiHttpRequest assumes "Request" and "HttpMsg->Headers" can
never be NULL. Also, HttpResponseWorker assumes HTTP Reponse
will contain headers. We could have response which could contain
only a string (HTTP 100 Continue) and no headers. Code changes
tries to do-away from these assumptions, which would enable
HttpDxe to support PUT/POST operations.

* Register a notification function to be executed for Http utilities protocol
in the drivers entry points.
Since we add EFI_HTTP_UTILITIES_PROTOCOL support, HttpDxe driver should
be updated to remove internal http utilities functions and consume this
protocol directly.
