Remove the installation of the FDT for Juno into the UEFI Configuration
Table from the Juno specific DXE driver. Use the FdtPlatformDxe driver to
do it instead.

This support makes the Juno UEFI Firmware to look into the Firmware Volume
for the ACPI Tables. But it does not provide the ACPI Tables.

Use the command to load and start a ARM Executable File from mass storage.
This is basically just an ELF file. The program is copied to memory and
the Entrypoint is called. Control is not expected to return back to the
Shell. This has only been tested on AArch64 with a limited set of AXF
binaries.

If FIRMWARE_VER is defined on the build command line, set
gEfiMdeModulePkgTokenSpaceGuid.PcdFirmwareVersionString based on it.

platforms to select the physical counter instance they have been using
implicitly all along.

This change introduces default values for the PCDs PcdPrePiCpuMemorySize & PcdPrePiCpuIoSize.
These values are for the architectures ARM, AARCH64, IA32 and X64.
The redefinition of these PCDs (with the same default values) have been removed from the DSC files.
Note: the default value for AARCH64 was 32. It was preventing to allocate buffer above the 32bit
address space.

Formerly only the header was defined and it was expecting the SerialPortExtLib
interface to be implemented by SerialPortLib if supported. This behaviour was
not conform to the EDK2 framework.

In case a DebugAgent library is supported for a specific debugger, we would
expect the exception be caught by DebugAgentLib.
The DebugAgentBaseLib exposes the cause of the exception to the user in the
Serial Terminal.

This NULL implementation should not affect the existing code flow and
avoid the builds to be broken by a missing dependency.
In a longer term, an implementation of CpuExceptionHandlerLib should
be provided for ARM architecture.
