Duggapu Chinni B 543add1d41 IntelFsp2Pkg: Fsp T new ARCH UPD Support 
Changes to support spec changes

1. Remove usage of Pcd.
2. Change code to validate the Temporary Ram size input.
3. Consume the input saved in YMM Register

Laszlo Ersek 1e603ac0d8 IntelFsp2Pkg: auto-generate SEC ProcessLibraryConstructorList() decl 
Rely on AutoGen for declaring ProcessLibraryConstructorList().

Build-tested with:

Yu Pu fa78edc57e IntelFsp2Pkg: Remove UefiCpuLib from module INFs. 
Because UefiCpuPkg/UefiCpuLib is merged to MdePkg/CpuLib, remove the
dependency of UefiCpuLib.

Chasel Chiu 3d35a6c243 IntelFsp2Pkg: Adopt FSP 2.4 MultiPhase functions.

Adopt MultiPhase functions for both FspSecCoreS and FspSecCoreM.
For backward compatibility, new INF are created for new modules.
