As per ECR 1349, latest UEFI Shell 2.2 specification has removed current working directory
path ".;" from a default 'path' environment variable as current working directory always
search first in system.

The above commit causes several regression of "echo" command:
1. Double quotes are not being stripped from the final text. UEFI Shell 2.2 section 3.4.5 chops out the quotes.
2. Output redirection is not working as expected. Text is being redirected, but the ‘> …’ text should not be.
3. Inconsistent special character handling. For example, comments with # seem to be parsed out correctly, but handing of ^ is incorrect.
In summary, ‘echo “You are ^#1” > t.txt’ results in the below content in t.txt:
“You are ^#1” > t.txt

Add EFIAPI in CatPrint library function. Every function which uses
variable list need explicit use EFIAPI to force use MS ABI. This change
is needed to pass CLANG38 build.

The UEFI Shell specification classifies shell commands into various shell
levels / profiles.
Currently the DumpHex() internal function is only used by commands that
belong to the Debug1 profile exclusively (i.e., they are not required to
be present in other than Debug1 profiles):
- SMBIOSVIEW
- PCI
- DMPSTORE
- DMEM
- DBLK
In the next patch, we'd like to call DumpHex() from BCFG as well. However,
BCFG is not only required to be present in the Debug1 profile; the
Install1 profile contains BCFG as well. For this reason, move DumpHex()
from UefiShellDebug1CommandsLib to the more generic UefiShellCommandLib,
which "Provides interface to shell internal functions for shell commands".
The matching header file is "ShellPkg/Include/Library/ShellCommandLib.h".

In some platform 'map -r' may cost more than 1 min. This patch filter the target handles by
BlockIO and SimpleFileSystem protocol to reduce the time cost.

The shell was not freeing sufficient memory when freeing a list of files. The structure contained a pointer which was being left behind. I made a new function to replace the shared freeing function which frees the “Path” member of the SHELL_COMMAND_FILE_HANDLE structure.

1) Remove the 3 functions out of the shell's internal library (ShellCommandLib)
2) Add a new library class (PathLib)
3) Add an instance of this class (BasePathLib)
4) Change all internal shell callers to use this new library class.

This removes the non-shared gEfiShellProtocol and gEfiShellParametersProtocol and renames the shared version to those names.
This removes the m-versions of those protocol pointers.
