681b5c23c4 Remove NULL_HANDLE. NULL_HANDLE should be replaced with NULL as consistency. For now, only DXE core is using this macro.

4ba967e79a 1.Updated EFI_FVB_ATTRIBUTES to EFI_FVB_ATTRIBUTES_2 to follow PI spec.

660b246ac5 Remove the supported module type of DXE_CORE to avoid that this library instanced by misused by DxeCore. 
DxeCore should link the instance in MdeModulePkg for MemoryAllocationLib class.
