jyao1 36d58153b1 UEFI table also need to be in ACPI NVS memory, because some data field 
could be updated by OS present agent. For example, BufferPtrAddress in
SMM communication ACPI table.

li-elvin 4e03ff80a1 If RSC_HANDLER_CALLBACK_ENTRY is allocated as boot service memory, the status code handler cannot work in runtime (after exit boot service). It should be allocated in runtime memory.

lgao4 f6cf5cf800 Support proportional Font and Font output flags. 
1. Abstract the maximum baseline and character height in Proportional Font package as its baseline and line height, and use fixed height as base line and line height for simple font packages.
  2. Update logic to handle string without EFI_HII_OUT_FLAG_CLIP_CLEAN_Y flag when string height exceeds the line height, and handle the string without EFI_HII_OUT_FLAG_CLIP_CLEAN_X flag when string wide exceeds the screen wide.
  3. Calculate Origin point by adding BaseLine on Starting position, and calculate the left-top corner of character by Origin point and CELL information.

ydong10 e5c861ac2e Fixed HiiSetString failed. Tracker NUM:204479 
Reason:
    When call function HiiSetString to update the string which has no old string exist for one language, it will failed.
Solution:
    When no old string exist, update with new string.

gdong1 9ae0edbfa9 1. Invoke InstallConfigurationTable () in OnReadyToBoot() to avoid the new registered table may be NULL. 
2. For SMM variable driver, it doesn’t need to mark the variable storage region of the FLASH as RUNTIME, so only keep it for non-SMM variable driver.

mdkinney abef1c7a09 Prevent a NULL device path from being passed into REPORT_STATUS_CODE_WITH_DEVICE_PATH by building child device path before using any of the Serial I/O Protocol services. 
This guarantees that child device path is valid even if an error is returned from one of Serial I/O Protocol services in Start().

ydong10 c7f204dba4 Co-work with patch V11137 to refine the Hii menu. 
1. Move the Mac address string from the form title to form title help for the driver Ipv4 and VLAN.

jljusten e1adae6084 DuetPkg, MdeModulePkg: Fix variable services hang with GCC44 X64 
The C ellipses parameters are passed to functions differently
by default with GCC 4.4.  To make sure they are properly sent to
VariableGetBestLanguage, we add 'EFIAPI' to this function.

lgao4 1a788cdd65 Fix the following three issues: 
1. When question is grayout, its value is not gray. 
  2. When type Ui UP action, Repaint is not trigged when next MenuOption is above the TopOfScreen.
  3. When type Ui Down action, TopOfScreen is not calculated correctly when screen roll is required.

qianouyang 705f53a9b4 Update IPsec.h file to follow approved ECR which will be collected into future UEFI 2.3 Specification after 2.3 errata B and future UEFI Specifications after 2.3. The changes mainly include: 
1. Add EFI_IPSEC2_PROTOCOL
  2. Remove IPsec Authentication Algorithm Definition and IPsec Encryption Algorithm    
     Definition.
  3. Add EFI_IPSEC_SA_DATA2 data structure.
And also update IPv4 driver to call EFI_IPSEC2_PROTOCOL.

hhuan13 2e4c2a049b Improve PXE Over IPv4 performance: 
1. Stop UdpWrite instance upon return from EfiPxeBcUdpWrite() to avoid mass pkgs enqueue to this useless instance in Udp layer.
2. Enhance Udp timeout logic to prevent the worst case happen, and set PxeUdp instance to 50ms to avoid enqueue mass pkgs in background.

tye1 ac8cca2a4d The patch acknowledges the TCP zero window probe message, either the format with 1 byte new data, or no new data. It also increases exponentially the interval between successive probes when performing TCP zero window probe.

hhuan13 9e375eb11f Fixed Ip4 bug that causing Iscsi reconnect hang sporadically . In Ip4OutPut()->Ip4IpSecProcessPacket() line 511, each time "reconnect -r", IpSb is re-allocated in IpDriver.Start(). But only when the first time, IpSb->OldMaxPacketSize = IpSb->MaxPacketSize; For the sequential reconnect, IpSb->OldMaxPacketSize is left dirty. Somtimes it is 0, causing the next sending packages generate exception.

xdu2 b24633c74e Initialize lists ArpService->PendingRequestTable/DeniedCacheTable/ResolvedCacheTable before firing timer ArpService->PeriodicTimer. This remove the race condition in ArpCreateService(): it is possible for the timer event to trigger before the lists are initialized which will results in a hang in ArpTimerHandler().

xdu2 74df5026b2 1. update to use 1 EFI Variable per NIC (instead of converge all NIC configuration into one EFI Variable), this remove the limitation that max NIC configuration will depend on PcdMaxVariableSize. 
2. remove unnecessary Unload function EfiIp4ConfigUnload (use default Unload function NetLibDefaultUnload instead), remove global array for NIC handle tracking since it’s driver model driver.
3. add Ip4Config Variable reclaim to HiiConfigAccess.RouteConfig() to remove variable for NIC which has been removed from the system.

lgao4 5adb8db71e Per UEFI spec, FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE Callback function should be called for each question in the form when this form opens or closes. 
Update SetupBrowser driver to call Callback function (FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE) based on UEFI spec, and update all EDKII HII drivers to correctly handle FORM_OPEN and FORM_CLOSE call back.

1. Check all capsules to decide reset type instead of only checking the first capsule.
2. One purpose of MaxiumCapsuleSize is to ensure platform memory size is enough to handle capsule with reset type in PEI. Max capsule size should be returned for with/without reset flag cases.

geekboy15a 8091267c02 Forcing functions with variable argument lists to use the same calling convention (EFIAPI). This solves issues when using compilers where the default calling convention is not EFIAPI. 
This fixes boot issues when using GCC 4.4 in X64 modules.

vanjeff 76649bf4d8 1.Fixed the bug when retrieved component name by child handle. It should used gEfiConsoleInDeviceGuid, gEfiConsoleOutDeviceGuid instead of gEfiSimpleTextInProtocolGuid and gEfiSimpleTextOutProtocolGuid. 
2.Fixed one bug when creating Console Standard error handle.

erictian 8e38f18ef7 variable driver doesn't support EFI_AUTHENTICATED_WRITE_ACCESS. we use: 
1. EFI_INVALID_PARAMETER as a return value of SetVariable() to indicate it does not support this feature.
2. EFI_NOT_FOUND will be a return value of QueryVariableInfo() to indicate it does not support this feature.

niruiyu 6a429dfa5f Change back the TPL of PCD from TPL_CALLBACK to TPL_NOTIFY because the following issue is found: 
When we manually connect a device path mapping to the serial terminal with non-default band rate, the SerialIo driver would Reinstall its device path protocol eventually causing ConSplitter::DriverBindingStart() to run and finally would call PcdGet32 (PcdConOutColumn) in ConsplitterSetConsoleOutMode().
Since SerialIo driver raises TPL to TPL_NOTIFY initially, the call to PcdGet32 would cause TPL assertion if TPL of PCD is TPL_CALLBACK.

niruiyu 1a395747fd TPL of Pcd Dxe driver was changed to TPL_CALLBACK from TPL_NOTIFY to follow UEFI spec that caller of variable interface should run at TPL <= TPL_CALLBACK. 
The change is to enable PcdsDynamicHii in Duet platform. Duet's variable driver should run at TPL <= TPL_CALLBACK so Pcd Dxe driver should run at TPL <= TPL_CALLBACK.

li-elvin b3b1a4cfa9 The fix is for EFI Linux capsule test case can not run. 
It should use runtime library EfiSetVariable, gRT is not converted to virtual address which cause SetVariable failure in EFI Linux.

mdkinney b07a5b68ad Pass the correct TokenNumber into a CallbackOnSet notification function. The value being passed in was off by 1. 
This would not normally cause an issue because the correct notification function was being called.  There is only an issue if the same notification function is being used for multiple tokens, and the notification function needs to use the TokenNumber parameter to determine which token setting caused the callback function to be called.

Update the logic so the CallbackOnSet notification functions are not called with the internal PCD database lock in the acquired state.  This allows other PCD Get/Set operations to be performed from within a CallbackOnSet notification.

Update logic so the PCD database lock is not left in the acquired state when SetWorker() returns EFI_INVALID_PARAMETER.
