Yu Pu 16bd7aa076 SourceLevelDebugPkg: Remove UefiCpuLib from module INFs. 
Because UefiCpuPkg/UefiCpuLib is merged to MdePkg/CpuLib, remove the
dependency of UefiCpuLib.
