jwang36 2eab98c107 1) Re-fine and fully test the mechanism of getting over the long command line limitation 
2) Change the -s option from "SpawnMode" to be "SilentMode"
3) Change the prototype of PeiCoreEntryPoint in AutoGen-ed code
4) Remove CalcDeps module since it's no longer needed.
5) Remove "-k", "-g" and "-l" switches from build
6) Remove MULTIPLE_THREAD in target.template. Use MAX_CONCURRENT_THREAD_NUMBER to get the functionality.

This directory contains the template files for the next generation of the
EDK II Build infrastructure.  These files will be copied into the WORKSPACE's
Conf directory if and only if the target files do not exist.

These files may be updated frequently.

The XMLSchema directory contains the EDK II Packaging XML definitions.  The
schema may change in the future.  It differs somewhat from the early versions
of the XML Schema.
