Ard Biesheuvel a20f683a69 ArmVirtPkg/ArmVirtXen: remove unused PcdFirmwareVendor PCD ...

The PcdFirmwareVendor PCD was never used on this platform, since
it has never supported the ARM BDS. So remove it.
