Ted Kuo d40965b987 IntelFsp2Pkg: Update FSP_GLOBAL_DATA and FSP_PLAT_DATA for X64

Updated FSP_GLOBAL_DATA and FSP_PLAT_DATA structures to support
both IA32 and X64.
