oliviermartin 0657689b29 ArmPlatformPkg/ArmPlatformLib.h: Introduced ArmPlatformGetCorePosition() ... The MP ID Register is not enough to know the position of the core in the SoC. We could have SoC with multi cluster of CPUs that do not contain the same number of CPUs. This function should return the position of the CPU in the SoC.
