* pandora_windows_service.cc: Changed the debug option of the
        configuration to "debug" instead of "pandora_debug".

        * pandora.cc: Removed output to stdout when logging.

        * bin/pandora_agent.conf: Removed " from module_proc example. Fixes
        bug #1600008.

        * bin/PandoraAgent.exe: Updated to new commit.
