The ARMv8.2-FP16 extension introduces support for half precision
floating point and the processor ID registers have been updated to
enable detection of the implementation.
The possible values for the FP bits in ID_AA64PFR0_EL1[19:16] are:
- 0000 : Floating-point is implemented.
- 0001 : Floating-point including Half-precision support is
implemented.
- 1111 : Floating-point is not implemented.
- All other values are reserved.
Previously ArmEnableVFP() compared the FP bits with 0000b to see if
the FP was implemented, before enabling FP. Modified this check to
enable the FP if the FP bits 19:16 are not 1111b.

For root directory, the FID (File Identifier Descriptor) pointer is
accessible through PRIVATE_UDF_FILE_DATA.Root, whereas non-root
directory and regular files, their FIDs are accessible through
PRIVATE_UDF_FILE_DATA.File.
In UdfSetPosition(), the FID was retrieved through
PRIVATE_UDF_FILE_DATA.File, hence when calling it with a root directory,
PRIVATE_UDF_FILE_DATA.File.FileIdentifierDescriptor would be NULL and
then dereferenced.
This patch fixes the NULL pointer dereference by calling _FILE() to
transparently return the correct UDF_FILE_INFO * which points to a valid
FID descriptor of a specific file.

Each network packet is submitted for transmission by pushing the head
descriptor of a two-part descriptor chain to the Available Ring of the
TX queue. VirtioNetInitTx() sets up the the descriptor chains for all
queueable packets in advance, and points all the head descriptors to the
same shared, never modified, VIRTIO_1_0_NET_REQ header object (or its
initial VIRTIO_NET_REQ sub-object, dependent on virtio version).
VirtioNetInitTx() currently uses the header object's system physical
address for populating the head descriptors.
When device is behind the IOMMU, VirtioNet driver is required to provide
the device address of VIRTIO_1_0_NET_REQ header. In this patch we
dynamically allocate the header using AllocateSharedPages() and map with
BusMasterCommonBuffer so that header can be accessed by both processor
and the device.
We map the header object for CommonBuffer operation because, in order to
stick with the current code order, we populate the head descriptors with
the header's device address first, and fill in the header itself second.

In commit b6d11d7c46 ("MdePkg: BaseIoLibIntrinsic (IoLib class)
library", 2017-04-12), the MOV instructions in the write loops were
probably copied from the read loops. However, the operand order was not
adjusted.
As a result, the IoWriteFifoXX() routines, when invoked in SEV guests, now
overwrite the source buffer with value 0x01 / 0x0001 / 0x00000001 -- the
SevNoRepIo() function returns value 1 in EAX, in SEV guests --, and write
the same value to the target IO port.
Fix this by putting the target operand (AL / AX / EAX) first, and the
source operand (BYTE / WORD / DWORD [ESI/RSI]) second.

TianoCore BZ#700 [1]
Set the '-Wno-unused-const-variables' in RELEASE builds with the
GGC49 and GCC5 toolchain.
This fixes the RELEASE build of OVMF with GCC in version 6 or newer.
GCC 6 added the '-Wunused-const-variable' warning, which gets
activated by '-Wunused-variable' and has the following behavior:
"Warn whenever a constant static variable is unused aside from its
declaration" [2]
Commit 2ad6ba80a1 introduced a case
where exactly this happens on a RELEASE build. All uses of the static
const variable are located in debug code only, which gets thrown out
by the compiler on RELEASE builds and thus triggers the
unused-const-variable warning.
There is currently no GCC 6 toolchain target defined and doing so
would add a lot of boilerplate code. Instead, use the fact that GCC
ignores unknown '-Wno-*' options:
"[...] if the -Wno- form is used [...] no diagnostic is produced for
-Wno-unknown-warning unless other diagnostics are being produced"
This behavior is available in GCC 4.9 [3] (and also earlier, for that
matter), so add the flag to the GCC49 and GCC5 toolchain, even if
both GCC versions do not supports it.
GCC49 doesn't enables LTO whereas GCC5 does. As GCC 6.0 through 6.2
had bugs relating to LTO there can be desire to use the GCC49 target
even if compiling with GCC 6, see 432f1d83f7.
Orient the changes on 20d00edf21 which moved the
'-Wno-unused-but-set-variable' flag to RELEASE builds only, as there
it ensure that it does not gets raised if the only usage of a
variable is in (then collapsed) debug code.

that support BlockIo and DiskIo protocols and contain a valid UDF file
system - as specified by OSTA Universal Disk Format (revisions 1.02

provide access to underlying file system.
File system operations on regular, directory and symlink files are
