oliviermartin 8fc38a3f50 ArmPlatformPkg: Introduce ArmPlatformGlobalVariableLib ... This library hides where the 'XIP' Global Variable are located in the memory. It is expected the Sec/PrePi modules define the Global Variable area through the GlobalVariable HOB.
