Don Ho	2214d10ce2	Add set read-only attribute on file feature ... So user can toggle (set/remove) R/O attribute of a file. Note: only 42033 (Clear Read-Only Flag) but not 42028 (Set Read-Only) entries are removed from the localization files. Because 42028 (Set Read-Only) command is only reworded, its functionnality remains the same. Whereas 42033 (Clear Read-Only Flag) command has changed its behaviour, hence the deletion. Though 42028's translation of "Set Read-Only" can be remained, the translators are suggested to reword your translation with "Read-Only in Notepad++" in order to avoid the confusion of users.
