CaptainSegis 8c6c78e759 Made the following changes prior to QA round 2:
- Finished internal QA to Mt. Silver
- Fixed content in Six and Seven Island to some extent, still a WIP.
- Fixed a drawing order bug related to offset maps.
- Fixed offset maps not updating under certain condition

- Renamed AnimatedTile to AnimatedBlock, and added support for multiple animations.
- Fixed bug related to start row and column in the Animation.vb class
- Added intArr2D tag content type in LevelLoader
