ydong10 3a4e7a3e73 Per UEFI spec, on CallBack action EFI_BROWSER_ACTION_CHANGING, the return value of ActionRequest will be ignored, but on CallBack action EFI_BROWSER_ACTION_CHANGED, the return value of ActionRequest will be used. 
But, EDKII browser still processes the got ActionRequest. And, all HII drivers in EDKII project also returns their expected ActionRequest value on action EFI_BROWSER_ACTION_CHANGING. 
Now update the browser to follow the spec, and update all core Hii drivers to keep old working modal.

Update for MdeModulePkg.

ydong10 b2e444aaf7 When browser was requested to go to another formset, it also needs to update the hiihandle in Selection structure. If not update this handle, later when call function GetIfrBinaryData to get binary ifr data will return failed. 
Also add sample code to use it.

lgao4 cf4c5a4270 Use the minimum value for Numeric and the first option value for OneOf as their default value when no specific default value is specified. 
HII IFR Numeric and OneOf opcode may not specify their default value in opcode. And, zero may not be valid value for them. To make sure the valid value is set to default value, the minimum value for Numeric and the first option value for OneOf will be chosen as default value.

ydong10 487ef01803 1. The old refresh string code also update the time/date opcode. But for the reason that time/date opcode updates the string with the same size, so skip the refresh code for it. 
2. Also, the clean old string action used save attribute with paint string action which makes the background show abnormal.  Now using the normal attribute to clean the old string.

lgao4 11232773ac Do the following enhancement for SetupBrowser: 
1. Support Scroll up and down. When hit the top, the last page will be showed. When hit the bottom, the first page will be showed. 
  2. Show forms page by page based on the option (including unselected and selected). 
  3. Add PCD to configure whether TEXT statement is set to Grayout option.

ydong10 81da6ef925 Bug description: 
When the menu is refresh type, and the old string is longer than new string, after refresh, some old string will still show.
The mainly change is:
  1. This change cleans the old string first and then paints the new string.
  2. Fixed old code checks grayout flag not correct.

The "Configuration Changed. Reset to apply it now?" screen does not show up after restoring setup values to default using the F9 hot-key.
RootCause:   
  gResetRequired flag was not set after default value restored
Solution:    
  Set gResetRequired flag to TRUE after default setup values are restored.

ydong10 b6ca1fd813 Update the arrow position. 
Use the parameter” LEFT_SKIPPED_COLUMNS” to adjust the position from the beginning of the line to the beginning of the menu string.
The arrow position and the beginning of the menu string are fixed in one block space.

1. When question is grayout, its value is not gray. 
  2. When type Ui UP action, Repaint is not trigged when next MenuOption is above the TopOfScreen.

lgao4 5adb8db71e Per UEFI spec, FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE Callback function should be called for each question in the form when this form opens or closes. 
Update SetupBrowser driver to call Callback function (FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE) based on UEFI spec, and update all EDKII HII drivers to correctly handle FORM_OPEN and FORM_CLOSE call back.

geekboy15a 8091267c02 Forcing functions with variable argument lists to use the same calling convention (EFIAPI). This solves issues when using compilers where the default calling convention is not EFIAPI. 
This fixes boot issues when using GCC 4.4 in X64 modules.

xdu2 f5006bd99e Update SetupBrowser to support call to SendForm() by specify a formset class GUID with input parameter FormsetGuid. 
With this update, SendForm() could support formset class GUID other than EFI_HII_PLATFORM_SETUP_FORMSET_GUID, for example, the EFI_HII_DRIVER_HEALTH_FORMSET_GUID.

xdu2 d02847d3c0 Add support for newly defined VarStore type EFI_IFR_TYPE_UNDEFINED, EFI_IFR_TYPE_ACTION and EFI_IFR_TYPE_BUFFER in UEFI spec. 
Note: with this update, the limitation for "OrderedList should use array of data type UINT8 as its storage" is removed; now OrderedList could use any data type (UINT8/UINT16/UINT32/UINT64) as its storage array.

xdu2 d66e6c1687 Change the FormBrowser behavior of "Pressing ESC": 
The old behavior is: if press ESC, it will exit the whole Formset.
The new behavior is: if press ESC, it will return to the parent Form; if current Form is the root Form of a FormSet, it will exit the whole FormSet.

10. push down once and then up once (repeat) (from list selected to "commit" selected) 
11. you will notice the list and text is getting corrupt  
12. do it until all items in list are gone (system will assert)

1) Replace immediate constant with MACRO.
2) Add in ASSERT for NULL before dereferencing pointers and after memory allocation.
3) Add a return statement in ProcessOptions to handle the mismatch between the value stored and the opcode for one-of-option in orderedlist opcode. This case occurs when the one-of-optoin entry in OrderedList get deleted.

  EFI_FIELD_OFFSET -> OFFSET_OF
  EFI_MAX_BIT      -> MAX_BIT
  EFI_MAX_ADDRESS  -> MAX_ADDRESS
These macros are not defined in UEFI spec. It makes more sense to use the equivalent macros in Base.h to avoid alias.

lgao4 ac7e320cb8 Remove NibbleToHexChar() function from BaseLib 
Move IsHexDigit, BufToHexString, HexStringToBuf from BaseLib to MdeModulePkg IfrSupportLib. The reason is:
1) IsHexDigit function provides the logic to check Hex Digit and convert it to Decimal value, which is required by IScsi LUN and HII user input. But this logic is not provided by any functions in MdeLib. So, it can't be deleted. It is moved to IfrSupportLib.
2) BufToHexString function converts a array of buffers to hex string. If the buffer length is less than sizeof (UINT64), it can be directly replaced by UnicodeValueToString(). But HII modules may use BufToHexString to convert the buffers whose length > sizeof (UINT64). For example:
.\MdeModulePkg\Universal\HiiDatabaseDxe\ConfigRouting.c line 201, 1148
.\Universal\SetupBrowserDxe\Setup.c line line 1457, 1503
Like this case, it is not easy to use UnicodeValueToString to replace BufToHexString. So, BufToHexString is still kept. Because such usages are in HII modules, this function is moved to IfrSupportLib. 
3) HexStringToBuf is moved to IfrSupportLib. The reason is similar to BufToHexString.
