tye b45b45b2d2 1. Update the UdpIo to a combined UdpIo to support both v4 and v6 stack. 
2. Update Dhcp4 and Mtftp4 driver to adopt the combined UdpIo.
3. Clean up coding style problems in combined IpIoLib/NetLib. Update Tcp4 and Udp4 to adopt the changes.

IpIoLib:
1. Update the IpIoLib to a combined library for both v4 and v6 network stack 
2. Fix a bug in IpIoIcmpHandler() - for IPv6 packet, the header length is variable (basic header + extension) rathar than fixed length.
   The fix removes the IPv6 header fields and notify the user with the ICMPv6 packet only containing payload.

TcpDxe/UdpDxe:
1. Update to adapt the new combined IpIoLib
2. Add gEfiIp6ProtocolGuid/gEfiIp6ServiceBindingProtocolGuid to [Protocols] in INF file since the Ip6.h is included in IpIoLib and NetLib.
3. Pass the TCP4/UDP4 UEFI SCT test on NT32 platform.

xdu2 f5006bd99e Update SetupBrowser to support call to SendForm() by specify a formset class GUID with input parameter FormsetGuid. 
With this update, SendForm() could support formset class GUID other than EFI_HII_PLATFORM_SETUP_FORMSET_GUID, for example, the EFI_HII_DRIVER_HEALTH_FORMSET_GUID.

xdu2 d02847d3c0 Add support for newly defined VarStore type EFI_IFR_TYPE_UNDEFINED, EFI_IFR_TYPE_ACTION and EFI_IFR_TYPE_BUFFER in UEFI spec. 
Note: with this update, the limitation for "OrderedList should use array of data type UINT8 as its storage" is removed; now OrderedList could use any data type (UINT8/UINT16/UINT32/UINT64) as its storage array.

xdu2 d66e6c1687 Change the FormBrowser behavior of "Pressing ESC": 
The old behavior is: if press ESC, it will exit the whole Formset.
The new behavior is: if press ESC, it will return to the parent Form; if current Form is the root Form of a FormSet, it will exit the whole FormSet.

tye c5bcc2e2ab 1. Fix a bug in Dhcp4 to prevent unexpected broadcast DHCP packets be queued up in the system: these packets will never be freed and will cumulate as time goes on, and then it will cause the system becomes very slow. This issue is reported by HP. 
2. Sync HSD #210249 patch: Fix bug in handling certain network errors in EfiDhcp4TransmitReceive() for DHCP4 driver
3. Enhance DhcpCleanLease to clear Netmask as well, so that Dhcp4->GetModeData() could return clean data in Dhcp4Stopped state.

jljusten d7576cf9b6 MdeModulePkg-UsbBusDxe: Add work around for slower USB hubs/devices 
Increase the value of USB_GENERAL_DEVICE_REQUEST_TIMEOUT from
50 milliseconds to 100 milliseconds.  This provides a work around
for slower USB hubs and devices.

eric_tian db731882fa For the data region which will be touched by Pci Bus Master, we should allocate memory by PciIo.AllocateBuffer() but not AllocatePool() base library API. So the memory region can be used to map into Pci controller-specific address thru PciIo.Map().

jljusten b6183e4195 Allow the FaultTolerantWriteDxe addresses to be dynamic PCD's. 
PcdFlashNvStorageFtwWorkingBase and PcdFlashNvStorageFtwSpareBase are
now updated each time an FVB instance is installed.  This allows the
PCDs to be set at runtime at any time before the FVB is installed.

The others changes include:
a. Check RemainingDevicePath at beginning of Supported(), make sure it has been verified before Start() is called.
b. Check IO protocol firstly rather than EfiDevicePathProtocolGuid, reduce the times entering into Start() function because EfiDevicePathProtocolGuid existed on most of handle.

2. roll back serial drivers not to create child device, if the device speicifed by remainingdevicepath cannot find in the created devices list.

vanjeff 6fe852082f 1. updated PCI/AGP Devices to check RemainingDevicePath in Supported() and Start() functions. The main changes are: 
a. Add check validation of RemainingDevicePath in Supported()
  b. In Star() function, if RemaingDevicePath is the End of Device Path Node, don't create child device and return EFI_SUCCESS.
2. fixed one device path issue in ScsiBus driver.

jljusten 02328a57a2 EMU Variable: Add support for pre-reserved NV variable store. 
Add PcdEmuVariableNvStoreReserved which allows a platform to declare a
memory address for the EMU Variable driver to use for the NV variable
store.  The EMU Variable driver will look to see if the contents of
this memory range appear to be a valid variable store, and if so
the EMU driver will use the variables.

If a platform can preserve a memory range across system resets, this
feature can allow the EMU Variable driver's NV variable store to be
preserved across a system reset.

In the default case this PCD will be set as a fixed PCD with a value
of 0.  In this case this new feature should have minimal impact on
the EMU Variable driver.  (Perhaps a slight increase in code size,
but no functional difference is expected.)

jchen20 747b19eadc Fixed a bug on the menu display: Following steps to reproduce it: 
1. Boot to shell 
2. go to boot maint manager 
3. Boot options 
4. Add boot option 
5. Add 15 or so unique boot options (just so the list scrolls) 
6. go the boot maint manager 
7. go to Boot options 
8. go to Change boot order 
9. the list is long enough that it scrolls when you push down once (to get to the commit option) 
10. push down once and then up once (repeat) (from list selected to "commit" selected) 
11. you will notice the list and text is getting corrupt  
12. do it until all items in list are gone (system will assert)

3. Boot options 
4. Add boot option 
5. Add 15 or so unique boot options (just so the list scrolls) 
6. go the boot maint manager 
7. go to Boot options 
8. go to Change boot order 
9. the list is long enough that it scrolls when you push down once (to get to the commit option) 
10. push down once and then up once (repeat) (from list selected to "commit" selected) 
11. you will notice the list and text is getting corrupt  
12. do it until all items in list are gone (system will assert)

qhuang8 28efc722c4 1. Update DxeIpl PEIM to not use PeCoffLoaderLib to load DXE core. Instead, we choose to use EFI_PEI_LOAD_FILE_PPI to load DxeCore. This implementation can help to save ~3KB size for PEI phase. 
2. Update DxeIpl PEIM to not use S3Lib and RecoveryLib since the dependent PPIs have been moved from IntelFrameworkPkg to MdePkg. This will help to reduce the library instance selection in platform DSC files.

eric_tian 15a865075c Roll back the change in Partition driver. currently we enhance the EHCI driver to guarantee that the EHCI controller get attached to the EHCI controller before the UHCI driver attaches to the UHCI controller. This way can avoid the case happen that UHCI sees the disconnect and EHCI sees the connect event due to the control transfer in shared port. It may cause Partition.Start to be interrupted by Partition.Stop.

rsun3 88e349f1fe Fixed a bug that the system hangs with an assert in DiskIo.c that is division overflow due to block size == 0 when no flppy media is present in a specific type of USB floppy drive (NEC PC-VP-BU04)at power on. 
Root cause is that Read Capacity command returns media not present error, then UsbMassStorage driver issues Sense Request command to get the sense data. However, the USB floppy drive still returns the previous error for the Sense Request command. UsbBootRequestSense() does not handle this case correctly and returns EFI_SUCCESS so that the block size of the Block IO protocol instance is set to be 0.

Solution is to fix the logic to handle the case and add protective logic to avoid setting block size to be 0.

eric_tian c8148ea20d if Usb mass storage interface returns EFI_DEVICE_ERROR, we should jump out the loop which is used to determine if the current block device supports GPT/Torito/MBR in Partition driver. This way can avoid Partition.start is interrupted by itself Partition.stop().

eric_tian 5e0b1e3f82 fix the issue of "Simple File System Protocol Test -> SetInfo_Conf failed on RAS_MB". When it print a string contained a control character of 0xc, it will hang on ConOut->OutputString() which will preprocessor some control character and call HiiStringToImage to render. There is gap between ConOut->OutputString() and HiiStringToImage.The former doesn't identify '0xc' as a line break character and assert only one line font printed. But the latter think it is so and print 2 line, which causes assertion. 
I add EFI_HII_IGNORE_LINE_BREAK flag to force HiiStringToImage ignore the force line break character.

mdkinney 064d5de378 Add Null implementation of the Reset System Library that generated an ASSERT() on all reset APIs. 
This library can be used as a template to implement a Reset System Library for a specific platform.

eric_tian 841014ba97 refine VariablePei driver to unify the algorithm of access VariableIndexTable among various archs. 
1. record the distance of two neighboring VAR_ADDED type variables rather than the offset of each variable. As the field recording this info is UINT16 width, the latter causes in IA32/X64 platform, it can only cache those variables from offset 0 to offset 2^16; in IPF platform, from offset 0 to offset 2^18(extend the scope by left-shift the offset two bits).
when taking the former algorithm, the max range of caching variable is from offset 0 to offset 122*(2^16)
